   Late check-out available for €50 (if possible)

   Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
   No external visitors without permission

3. Smoking
   No smoking inside the house
   Smoking allowed only on the terrace – please use an ashtray

4. Pets
   Pets are not allowed

5. Parties & Noise
   No parties or events
   Please respect the neighbors – quiet hours after 10:00 PM

6. Air Conditioning & Energy Use
   Use air conditioning only with doors and windows closed
   Turn off the AC when leaving the house (We aim to use energy responsibly on the island)

7. Kitchen & Trash
   Leave the kitchen clean
   Dispose of trash in the designated containers outside

8. Swimming Pool
   Use at your own risk
   No glass near the pool
   Children only under adult supervision

9. Damage & Safety
   Report any damage immediately
   Guests are responsible for damage during their stay
   Lock windows and doors when leaving the property

10. Enjoy & Respect the Place
    We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay to the fullest
    Please treat the house as if it were your own

11. Upon Departure
    Please throw away all trash in the containers to the right of the exit
    Empty the fridge
    Make sure no dirty dishes are left in the sink, on the counter, or in the dishwasher
