The semi-detached bungalow includes a living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hallway, laundry area, mezzanine, and a covered porch. The entire home is equipped with 220V outlets and Wi-Fi.

The porch is furnished with a comfortable lounge set with thick cushions, a dining table with chairs, and cozy lighting – making it just as enjoyable in the evening as during the day. Just five steps away, you’ll find the spacious communal swimming pool. Take a refreshing dip or relax on one of the comfortable sunbeds around the pool.
Kitchen
The modern European kitchen offers plenty of space, a large breakfast bar, and various built-in appliances, including an induction cooktop, combi microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. A dedicated coffee and tea corner features a Nespresso machine and kettle. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality crockery, premium cutlery, and all necessary cooking utensils for stylish and comfortable dining.
Living Room
The air-conditioned living room includes a cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa – perfect for relaxing while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV.
Bedrooms
The two stylish bedrooms guarantee a restful night’s sleep, each equipped with air conditioning and high-quality box spring beds. The bungalow features one ensuite bathroom and one guest bathroom. Both modern bathrooms include a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Our rate includes Wi-Fi, towels, beach towels, kitchen linens, and a washing machine for your convenience.
Please note that electricity and water are charged separately.
Electricity is charged at €0.50 per kWh.
Water is charged at €8.00 per m³.
Meter readings will be taken and documented by the property manager upon check-in and check-out. The resulting costs will be deducted from the security deposit, which will be refunded within two weeks.
Important Note for Families with Young Children
Our property is not ideally suited for young children due to the open staircase and mezzanine without railing. Additionally, the pool is easily accessible and located close to the house. We kindly inform you of this so that you can take it into consideration when planning your stay.
If you are staying with young children, we strongly recommend maintaining direct supervision at all times for their safety.
